We have been working to increase ease of use and expand the contract function. If you frequently work with regular customers (such as retail) and large quantities, this feature might appeal to you. By placing standing orders within contracts, growers and buyers can spend less time on weekly order processing. Read more about the numerous improvements in this post.
More detailed overview
In the contract overview, growers and buyers will now have greater insight into the status: active, draft, awaiting approval, rejected, expired and deleted. Here you can also easily filter by the person who created the contract. This is useful when contracts are created by several colleagues. It allows you to quickly retrieve the correct information.
More space for alternative trade items
Contracts often involve sales based on 'colour'. Growers can then determine which alternative trade item they will make available for standing orders within the agreement A common wish of flower growers is to be able to make offers at category level. This allows multiple trade items to be selected when placing standing orders. It is now possible to create trade item groups so that standing orders can be placed more easily for these items. And you now have more options for specifying ranges for both numbers and prices. Choose 'no bandwidth', 'fixed values' or 'percentages'.
Placing standing orders for layers and load carriers
Whereas previously you could only select units and crates for standing orders, it is now possible to place standing orders for layers and load carriers. This is particularly beneficial when dealing with high demand and/or retail lines. The following developments are also available within contracts:
- Filter by a specific contract within the standing order overview
- Set locations and delivery conditions when creating a contract
- Sub-supplier clearly displayed
- Quickly display whether or not standing orders are automatically approved

Planning overview
The planning overview for call-off orders has been improved. In this overview, you can see per item how much is planned from your contracts for the chosen period. You can also see how much you have already called for and how much you still have in stock if you work with batches. The new article groups are also shown here and some extra filters have been added.
Will anything change in my current contracts?
If you have current contracts, they will remain valid for the agreed term and nothing substantive will change. As soon as you create a new contract, you will see the new screens and have all the enhanced features also available within your contracts.
Read more in the help centre article for growers and buyers about the current features and discover the new screens.
