The required transport information is transmitted directly and linked to the delivery information on Floriday. By scanning the delivery order, you can keep the customer up to date with Track & Trace information for their delivery.
The two most common questions buyers ask growers are: “Do you have any?” and “Where is it?”. Floriday provides updates about what stage in the process the delivery order is currently at. The Logistics module displays all deliveries including the Track & Trace information for the relevant carrier. So buyers can make adjustments and streamline the process at any time, and growers do not have to enter transport information twice.
The completeness of information helps determine its value. Floriday makes it easy to scan orders using a mobile phone. Many growers transport at least some of their orders to the delivery location themselves. These orders can also be linked to Track & Trace information using this handy feature.
