Countdown stock
Are you using catalog prices in Floriday? By making use of the 'countdown stock' function, you will have to say "no" to your customers less often. You can set a countdown stock for one product or you can set a shared countdown stock for several trade items. When a buyer orders trade items via the FloraXchange week lists, the Floriday API, or the Floriday shop, the number of ordered items is deducted from the stock. When the stock reaches '0', the product can no longer be ordered. By indicating that Floriday is guiding, you prevent buyers from calling and messaging and there are no doubts about the stock. As a result, you can save time and ultimately ensure that everything is updated in one system.

Quantity Filters
Are you using ‘batch prices'? Then use quantity filters! In Floriday you can use quantity filters to shield a part of your stock. For instance, you can make a distinction between your actual stock (the stock that is actually available in the greenhouse) and the stock that you want to offer online to customers. In addition, you can adjust the availability and the quantities for your products per buyer. This way you can ensure that the supply cannot be purchased by a single buyer and you also offer other buyers the opportunity of placing orders with you.

Copy week catalog prices
When nothing or little changes, in Floriday you can easily copy the details of a certain week in the catalog prices window. As a result, buyers have better insight into the availability in a certain week. You can also easily clear the fields, by (where applicable) clicking the 'clear fields' option when copying. Are you using the same prices as yesterday? Then use the 'copy prices' option in Floriday in batch prices and save time!
Composite lists in batch prices
Did you create batches earlier in the week that you want to copy at a later time in the week? You can easily do this by using 'composite lists'. You can create your own lists of trade items. You can then easily select these lists again a next time and, potentially, also add or remove items. When creating batches you can opt for 'save as a list' so that you can quickly use the same batches the next day with this list.
