Floriday in attendance at IFTEX international trade fair

From 30 May to 1 June 2022, IFTEX 2022 will be held at the Oshwal Convention Centre in Nairobi, Kenya. IFTEX is Africa’s number one horticultural trade fair, which fortunately, after a break of 3 years, can once again take place this year! And Team Floriday will be present at the Royal FloraHolland stand, looking forward to meeting lots of growers, agents and buyers.

At the IFTEX expo, more than 125 Kenyan and international exhibitors will be meeting up and presenting their products . International flower and plant trade is once again good to go,in spite of the turbulent times in the floriculture sector.[1] [2] . You can find Floriday at stand B3.08.

Floriday is here for you

At IFTEX, the Floriday team will be at your disposal, with plenty of information for growers, agents and buyers. We will also be giving demos, and looking forward to chatting with you. As part of team Floriday,  Joery and Loraine will be available to answer any questions you may have.. In advance, we asked Loraine what she expects from the IFTEX:

‘We hope that lots of growers and buyers will visit the Floriday stand during IFTEX. We will be able to give demos and explain how Floriday can contribute to increasing and simplifying their trade. We are looking forward to hearing feedback and ideas from growers and buyers. At the end of the day, we can use this to go back to work improving Floriday even more'.

Developments

Growers, agents and buyers who, as of yet, are unfamiliar with Floriday are also welcome to drop by and see the latest functionalities. The platform continues to develop on a monthly basis, which is why, after a 3-year break, there will be plenty of information to pass on to international visitors to IFTEX! We are looking forward to hearing how you operate, and will be showcasing options in the platform that might be perfect for you.

‘We are only too delighted to present the new Floriday Explorer function to buyers and growers. We look forward to explaining to buyers how they can find grower products and place orders in Floriday using the Explorer. This functionality is also important for growers; after all, as a grower, you want to ensure that your products are optimally findable for buyers'. So says Loraine Ploemen, team Floriday.
