Recently, a new feature became available in Floriday: the bundled offers. Bromelia Specialist started working with it. Sandra Roos, order desk & sales support at Bromelia Specialist, talks about her first experience with the bundled offers and what opportunities she sees for the future: "We can make things a lot easier for the customer this way!"
Bromelia Specialist offers a wide range of Bromeliads. Sandra explains that Bromelia Specialist likes to be proactive and work for the customer to make the flowering plants look their best. The new possibility of bundled offers helps this well. "We have been offering mixing carts, as we call it ourselves, for years. Around holidays or at special customer request, we offer great deals in the form of mixing carts. Here, a combination of different types, sizes, colours is offered, possibly combined with ceramics. Previously, we offered this through excel lists, but this can now also be done very easily in Floriday."
Bundled offers in Floriday
In Floriday, recent changes mean you can now create a bundled offers. With a bundled offers, you make a mixing cart or mixing layer for customers in a quick and easy way. Sandra: "We recently offered our first bundled offers. This works very quickly and easily. To start, we offered a nice mix of Bromeliads to all customers within our network."
Targeted offering
"Soon we want to look with colleagues from sales and supply management to deploy this in a more customer-specific way," Sandra continued. "For example, we can use this in a more targeted way towards garden centres, where we can think about the cask in which it is offered. In addition, we can also respond to colours to suit the time of year or the country to which our Bromeliads are exported."
Totally tailor-made concept
Besides garden centres, this could also be of interest to retail, DIY and supermarkets. "For instance, we do regular promotions for DIY stores and deliver a total concept this way. It is nice to think about the requirements for this together with the customer. This allows us to offer tailor-made bundled offers which again makes purchasing a lot easier."
Bringing it to the attention of customers
"We regularly send newsletters and product mailings to our customers. Soon, we will also highlight this new feature with a link to our bundled offers. We also share these as a timeline message, so buyers can see them directly on their dashboard and click through to buy in."
