The Floriday Explorer lets you search for all the growers' supply, as well as search by the items that growers have in the catalog. That way you can manage your assortment to put together your (retail) contracts, populate your online shop and/or create your table plans for garden centres. In this article, we will explain how to manage your assortment in the Floriday Explorer.
Browse all items
Whether you are looking specifically for a particular type of plant with pot size 10.5 or want to search for all red cut-flowers available in a given period, the Explorer allows you to easily search for all the items growers have in the Floriday catalog. With the extensive filter options, it is easy to find what you are looking for.
Selected assortment
Did you find what you were looking for? Then select the star next to the item. That way, the item is selected in what is known as the selected assortment. By selecting items, you can:
- Populate your own software package: Depending on the type of software package and the way the API link is set up, the items selected will be transferred to your own package.
- Populate your online shop: You can choose to populate your online shop based on the selected range.
- Order at a later date: Thanks to the handy filter option, you can simply revisit the selected assortment at a later time to place an order, for example.
The grower will also see an overview in Floriday of the items you have selected from them.
Managing the assortment for your online shop
Are you using the selected assortment to populate your online shop? Then you can manage this assortment in Floriday. Each grower interprets the features in their own way By customising the features yourself, you will ensure that the items are displayed consistently and clearly in your online shop. In Floriday, you can rename the selected assortment, select the correct photo and/or select a preferred packing configurations.
Submitting requests or price lists
Have you found an interesting item in the Explorer and want to make an request with the grower? Or would you rather present this result to the customer through an price list? Then you can add the items to a request for the grower or as a price list to the customer.
